Human Resource Director

• Takes responsibilities for all branches within Brilliant brand including Brilliant Hotel Danang, Brilliant Majestic Villa Hotel, Brilliant Seafood Restaurant with up to 500 staffs. Builds the corporation culture by planning diverse staff movements and training programs.

• Manages Human Resource Department, ensuring compliance with all Corporate, area and brand policies and procedures; and current local and government regulations pertaining to employment practices

• Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.

• Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations.

• Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.

• Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.

• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

• Performs any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience in hotel industry. 5 years of professional experiences in human resource.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Other language knowledge is an advantage.
