Mô tả công việc

As an HR Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of the Human Resources department. You will be ensuring that all recruitment, host relations and administration is managed effectively and in accordance with company standards. You will be responsible for administration of all human resources needs, plans and procedures for all resort staff, therewith ensuring that all department standards and Hotel Rules and Regulations are being achieved and that all employees understand the standards expected of them. You will be preparing job descriptions, conducting salary surveys, monitoring performance evaluations and ensuring payroll is being managed properly. You will develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures, preparing and maintaining employee handbooks on policies and procedures; performing benefits administration including management of the sickness and government reporting process. Among other tasks you will manage recruitment for all staff, conduct exit interviews; write and place advertisements. You will –be establishing and maintaining department and personnel records and reports, ensuring complete confidentiality of all employee information. This role reports to the General Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Experience with HR systems and HR processes.

General experience with payroll is desirable.

Organized and analytical with excellent administrative skills.

Ability to create strong networks within the organization.

Strong drive to achieve results together with a team.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.

Professional approach, integrity, maturity, ethical and confidential.

Milestone oriented with sense of urgency in meeting project goals.

Drive, energy and initiative.
