- Prompt and courteous delivery of all orders.
- Strictly follow all standard procedures in serving guest.
- Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including sanitation and food hygiene policies.
- Maintain the restaurant in accordance with standards at all time.
- Develop a complete knowledge of menus, dish and glassware service.
- Utilize suggestive selling techniques.
- Learn and correctly use the POS, and follow the procedures.
• Oversee/ manage the inventory and come up with ways to improve wastage and accuracy.
• Complete last checks after service with the superior(s).

- At least 01 year experience in restaurant operation and well trained.
- Flexible, outgoing and always with a smile.
- Passionate about F&B, and hospitality in general.
- Adequate English and computer literature.
- Japanese communication is a plus.
