Duties may include but not limited to:
Supports the food and beverage operations by cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and the premises whilst maintaining hygienic standards and practices.
Adheres to local regulations concerning health safety, or other compliance requirement, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Key Activities of the Role).
Produces food of high quality according to standard recipes.
Prepares kitchen equipment for use.
Assists with checking and receiving goods. Store goods. Maintain storage areas.
Cleans and stores equipment.
Handles waste and linen.
Maintains a hygienic kitchen.
Cleans the kitchen and equipment.
Maintains personal hygiene.
Attends to all briefings.
Encourages good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two way and multicultural communications.
Adheres to the Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct.
Remains well-mannered and well-groomed as per Department and Company standards at all times.
Follows health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards.
Participates in the Company recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce, reuse and
recycle wherever possible.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
Stewarding experience in a sizable and international hotel/casino is an advantage.
Self-motivated and attention to detail. Ability to lift and carry up to (30) pounds at a time.
Well-groomed, excellent hygiene, confident, friendly and polite.
Ability to function in a fast space environment, under short time constraints, and within established deadlines.
Able to work on shifts and be flexible regarding work schedules according to business demand.
Must be able to stand, walk, and move through all areas of the Food and Beverage department.
Must be able to multi task.
Secondary school or equivalent; or related working experience.
Ability to communicate in English to deal with internal staff.
