General Cashier / Nhân viên kế toán Thủ quỹ

• Responsibility to, the deposits into the bank account and preparation of daily Cashier Cash Report.

. Check and monitor that all the payment documents are in line with the SOP properly

• Connect with the bank for bank payment and any processing relating POS machine/ Exchange rate.

• Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets

• Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets.

• Assign tag numbers to fixed assets.

• Manage physical status of fixed assets and coordinate with other departments to ensure that all physical status of fixed assets are timely posted.

• Record fixed asset acquisitions, dispositions and movements in the accounting system as well as update to file of Asset in detail. Ensure all matching.

• Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger

• Conduct periodic physical counts of fixed assets.

• Complete related project tasks (if any)

• Other ad hoc tasks as requested.
