Monitors and supervises servers, bartenders, bus persons / runners, concession and kitchen staff to ensure AERA quality standards are maintained.

Accountable for verification of bar set-up and tear-down including inventory counts

Ensures customers are provided with top quality, friendly and professional service. As well as internal conflict amongst staff

Oversee food service, and act as an expeditor, when necessary, to ensure the timely movement of completed food orders from kitchen to customer table

Deals with customer’s feedback in a professional and effective manner

Completes/Verifies opening and closing inventories

Compiles product order requisitions of Beer and Liquor

Reconciles previous day cash-outs and reports daily to Manager any discrepancies.

Provides change to all active cashiers through the course of the shift from the safe

Ensures proper cash management practices are followed to prevent theft or loss of cash.

Ensures schedule for staffing is maintained and all staff are arriving and leaving as scheduled

Trains all staff on policies and procedures to ensure high quality service

Supervise and schedule food and beverage staff

Order and maintain inventory control costs
