Mô tả công việc

The Income Audit Supervisor is responsible to the Chief Accountant. The Income Audit Supervisor verifies that daily receipts which should be booked as hotel revenue is correctly done and recorded in the accounting ledgers and prepares the necessary reports.
He must supervise the Income Audit clerk and inspect the operation of Front Office Cashiering and Food & Beverage Cashiering.
Verify sales from Room Department by Income Audit Clerk are correct by examining the Daily Revenue Report.
Verify sales from Food Beverage Department reviewed by Income Audit Clerk are correct by examining the Food & Beverage Revenue Report.
Verify the voucher totals agree with the Daily Revenue Report and Food & Beverage Revenue Report.
Verify the guest ledger balance agrees with total of all account detail balances for each room.
Record the cash revenue amounts of each cashier for whom a final inspection with completed in the General Cashier Report prepared by the General Cashier.
Verify that the Guest Ledger Balance Agrees with the supporting details for each room account. Also, verify that no unsettled billings remain.
Instruct the Front Office Cashiers, Food & Beverage Cashiers and Guest Services Manager (who is performing night audit closing) on improvements and remedies for any matters regarding cashier & night operations.
Implementation of checking for related person who holds house funds at irregular period every month.

Local Accounting permit if required
Experience in hotel cashiering system
Additional improvement programs in Finance is preferred
Experience in OPERA PMS or similar program
5 years’ working experience in a similar capacity is preferred
