Supervise the receiving clerks in performing the receiving function and the kitchen porters in performing the delivery of direct issue food items to the kitchens.
Check and verify all goods received to ensure that foods received are in accordance with the purchase specifications. Goods ordered are to be supported by Purchase Orders (for non-food and beverage items) or Market Lists or Internal Purchase Order (for food and beverage items).
Ensure that all invoices or delivery orders of goods received are properly stamped and recorded in the Daily Receiving Report.
Ensure that all rejected goods, containers, empty bottles and cases leaving the hotel are properly documented and accounted for.
Assist the F&B Cost Controller in the monthly food and beverage inventory and the quarterly food and beverage operating equipment inventory.
Perform any other related duty that may be assigned from time to time.
