Customer Service Manager provides a heart to heart connection by being the main point of contact for the guests and creating unique guest experiences and sharing this through communication platforms.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree of Hospitality / Business Management or equivalent. Fluent communication in English and at least another language.
- Communication, up selling, guest relation skills
- Experience in casino business or hospitality service is preferable
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated customer service focus/ hospitality
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to work on shift
