Customer Service Manager provides a heart to heart connection by being the main point of contact for the guests and creating unique guest experiences and sharing this through communication platforms.

Yêu cầu công việc

Degree of Hospitality / Business Management or equivalent. Fluent communication in English and at least another language.
Communication, up selling, guest relation skills
Experience in casino business or hospitality service is preferable
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated customer service focus/ hospitality
Ability to multi-task
Able to work on shift
