Mô tả công việc
- Greet all guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guests' inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Schedule and confirm spa appointments using the booking system.
- Provide detailed information about spa treatments, products, and promotions.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and retail display.
- Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and escalate when needed.
- Promote retail products and upsell services to increase revenue.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign language or Tourism is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or hospitality role (spa or wellness environment preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, basic computer skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in shift
