Mô tả công việc

Provide functional assistance and direction and be responsible for the smooth running of the whole stewarding operation
Supervise the duties of all stewarding department employees, facilities, operation and costs
Supervise the sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene as well as the quality level of product and services
Check more specifically the proper use of chemicals and washing accessories
Coordinate with the Executive Chef in establishing minimum and maximum operating par stocks and supplies and approve storeroom requisition
Co-ordinate with the Food & Beverage Manager or Outlet Manager to check their requirements for the day and the next day
Maintain health inspection record, attendance record and file on casual employees
Take all necessary actions to reduce the loss of silverware / flatware
Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment
Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures

Required Skills

- Good written and verbal English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities are essentials.

- Friendly, respectful individual with good cross cultures sensitivity and a concern for quality and an eye for details, demonstrate initiatives at all times and lead and support your subordinates by example and with a hands on approach.

- Can work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and enjoy working with a multi-cultural team.
