Manage the daily Recreation activities in a professional, safe and enjoyable manner to the satisfaction of guest.
Responsible for the planning, organizing, staffing, directing and control of Recreation Department, including planning, budget control, work standards, staff training, staff supervision, community coordination, revenue production, leadership, program development and facility management.
Maintain Accor / Movenpick standards and quality assurance along the agreed guidelines.
Manage existing programs, ensuring they are engaging and meet participant needs.
Ensure that staff is fully knowledgeable on the use and benefits of services, products, programs, marketing and promotions.

2 month probationary period, receive full salary & service fee bonus
05 working days according to regulations | 02 days off per week.
Uniforms and shift meals are provided by the Hotel| Free parking for motorbikes and cars.
Rates for group employees are applied when using services at the hotel.
