Mô tả công việc

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the outlet standard drink recipes.
Present drink menus, make specific recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages.
Takes orders from guests and beverage orders from servers.
Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
Full responsibility for setting up the bar.
Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset.
