Mô tả công việc
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the outlet standard drink recipes.
- Present drink menus, make specific recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages.
- Takes orders from guests and beverage orders from servers.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
- Full responsibility for setting up the bar.
- Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset.
