- Manage and control purchasing systems and procedures for the best quality products, goods and services for their company at the most competitive prices.
- Oversee the acquisition of materials needed for operations, general supplies for offices and facilities, equipment, etc. for services at the Resort under the direct guidance and direction of Chief Accountant.
- Continually improve the supply chain process.
- Ensure cost effective contracting of products and services.
- Promote compliance internally with established standards

- University/ College Degree in related job field or equivalent certificates/ diplomas.
- Fluent English and basic/ communicative foreign language (French, Chinese, Russian).
- Knowledge & Professional Skill in the required field, Leadership & Management Skill, Staff – Motivation Skill, Problem solving Skill, Customer Service Skill, Negotiation Skill, Effective Communication Skill.
- Be organized, detail oriented, dynamic, creative & passionate in leading, working & developing team members; have good attitude, team work building rapport, positive thinking and take challenges to work under pressure with can-do commitment.
