Mô tả công việc

1. Participates the day to day function and activities of cooking, facilities and food production in assigned section and ensure that the standard performance are implemented and maintained according to the designated tasks.

2. Provides an overall high quality level of food production with consistency

3. Performs all mise-en-place work required appropriately, completely, efficiently and ensures that all equipment and areas of responsibilities are clean, neat, sanitize and presentable

4. Conducts duties under supervision of Chef de partie in preparing, cooking, presenting food items according to the food pick up chart, in assigned sections and maintains timing are adhered to designated procedures and regulations

5. Complies with health, safety and hygiene policy of the restaurant

6. Routinely checks and identifies assigned section needs for maintenance work order

7. Conducts all administrative work required

8. Performs other related duties and special projects assigned by direct supervisors

Quyền lợi được hưởng

Salary: VND 6,000,000 – VND 7,000,000 gross (Negotiation based on experience)
