Mô tả công việc
Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all administrative and operational tasks directly linked to the outlet activities.
MAIN DUTIES:
Administration
• Prepare all needed Micros request and submit it to Asst DFB for signature
• Control and acknowledge all store requisitions and purchase requests before to send it to Asst FB for signature
• Control and record all Void made in the outlet
• Control the daily outlet revenue (logbook VS Income Auditor daily revenue report)
• Fill up the log book
• Issue the monthly training plan
• Issue Micros Card request
• Follow up on the implementation of any promotion / special event
• Fill up the weekly cleaning plan
• Fill up the weekly grooming check list
• Issue and follow up on all needed maintenance requests
• Fill up the daily acknowledgement form
• Send to FB office the weekly outlet team schedule
• Communicate to DFB and Asst DFB any areas of concerns
• Conduct the yearly assessment of the outlet team in an objective way
• Ensure that the outlet guests database updated and accurate
• Ensure communication and introduction of all FB promotions to Front Office and Call Centre
• Control all equipment in the outlet to ensure full Par Stocks
• Ensure that there is enough equipment to ensure smooth operations , any missing equipment must be reported to Asst FB
• Follow on the printing of all communication collaterals in regards to the monthly Angelina parties
• Liaise with other departments (security, front office, housekeeping and engineering) for each party / special events
• Conduct monthly linen inventory
• Conduct monthly cutlery inventory along with stewarding hotel
• Submit vacation plan and application for leave to Asst FB director
• Follow up on the proper application of the High Season and Low Season Beverage Par Stocks
• Support and follow up on the work of Angelina Event Manager / Coordinator
Financial and Revenue Responsibilities
• Communicate the financial target (budget) to the team
• Is active and work hard to reach the budget
• Monitor the cost linked to the operations
Training and Human Resources Management
• Develop trainings in accordance to the operational needs
• Train the team on a regular basis and in accordance to the training plan
• Issue training checklist for all given training
• Establishes effective employee relations and maintains the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees
• Fill up all staff requisition forms to be given to DFB for signature at least 2 weeks prior the actual date staff is needed
• Give regular positive and negative feedbacks to each team member in a constructive way
Guest Service Responsibilities
• Ensure full guest satisfaction at any time
• Develop customer loyalty and recognition
• Introduce and up sell any special events / promotions
• Gather guest feedback and report to Outlet Manager and supervisors
• Work hard to satisfy any guest requests
Operational Responsibilities
• Manage the entire Angelina team
• Ensure smooth and efficient service at any time
• Ensure an extremely detailed service
• Ensure proper atmosphere of each outlet according to the time of the day (music, lighting, aromas, temperature…)
• Ensure good communication between kitchen, bar and service team
• Check all buffet set up
• Check restaurant and table set up
• Know and ensure full follow up on the Sofitel brand standards
• Control the cleanliness of bar counter and back office
• Ensure proper organization of each service stations
• Ensure efficient sequence of service
• Follow up that all given training are fully followed by the staff
• Handle and follow up on any guests complains
• Report any guest complains to Asst DFB
• Check overall conditions of the restaurant
• Control the cleanliness of the Angelina restroom
• Control the attendance of the Angelina restroom attendance
• Control the accuracy of the Par Stocks, as to be in accordance with the hotel and outlet activity
• Conduct briefing before each service and communicate on all out of stock items
Meetings to attend / lead
• Attend the daily F&B morning briefing
• Attend be monthly promotion meeting
• Attend the weekly pre con meeting
• Attend the monthly FB manager meeting
Miscellaneous
• All ambassadors are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.
• All ambassadors may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.
GENERAL DUTIES:

• Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are reported immediately and rectified
• Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency and Bomb procedures
• Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and employees
• Ensure the safety of the persons and the property of all within the premises by fairly applying Hotel Regulations by strict adherence to existing laws, statutes etc.
• Ensure all staff within the department work in a manner which is safe and unlikely to give risk of harm or injury to selves or others
