Take note all guest activities and cooperate with resort host team to ensure great service to guest
Update and Maintenance of guest‘s profile
Follow up and resolve Guest’s traces
Manage the guest relation department, the operator and the bell team
To attend to guest’s complaints promptly, efficiently and to report to the Guest Relations Manager for service recovery and follow up.
