Mô tả công việc

- To assist the Financial Controller and Finance Manager.

- To collect the information from all Accountants to record into the system.

- To prepare the trial balance and financial reports.

- To supervise daily accounting operations.

- To prepare the trial balance and financial reports and audit schedule

- To supervise and control subordinates to discharge their duties in an effective

- To supervise daily accounting operations.

- To be responsible for preparation of the various monthly reports as required by Management.

- To ensure sub-ledgers and supporting evidence are in order and properly maintained to support the General Ledger.

- To review the salary calculations and ensure that labor expenses are properly posted.

- To prepare a draft of monthly account statements

- Review the Allocation of Assets and Equipment prepared by Fixed Assets Accountant.

- To perform other duties as required by the Financial Controller.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum 5 years experience as a accountant in hotels of an international standard.

- Accounting Software

- Excel

- To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management.

- Strong organization skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills.
