- Maintain and increase guest satisfaction
- Be proactive in suggesting improvements
- Lead and develop the team with trainings and coaching activities - Maintain high safety, hygiene and food quality standards
Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Attractive service fee bonus (about 3.5 million - 5.5 million/month)
- Support 2 meals during the working shift
- Insurance system to pay 100% of salary + health insurance
- Leave 15 days/year, public holidays x 300%
- Work 8h/day shift, 6 days off monthly
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years experience at same position in luxury hotels or fine dinning restaurants
- Dynamic leadership and engaging personality
- Good training and presentation skills
- Guest service oriented
- Fluent in English written and spoken
