Mô tả công việc

- Set up the team in the pre-opening stage.

- Undertake the development work in the areas of fabric, linen, upholstery designs, carpets, color co-ordination, etc on a continuous basis.

- Create and develop all department SOPs and provide training to all team members.

- Be responsible for a complete overview of housekeeping and laundry operation, all aspect of cleaning of the hotel.

- Ensure that proper key controls are in place, key log-book is signed by the supervisor and spot checks are conducted.

- Ensure that all daily VIP rooms, special request rooms for arrivals are checked and in line with the standard set-up by the hotel.

- Ensure that hygienic and safe conditions in work practices are being followed.

- Strive that the operational budget is in line and costs are strictly controlled to.

- Maintain thorough up to date inventory of all stocks that is being held and provide regular up to date checks concerning this inventory.

- Maintain all equipment used is to the highest standard, and provide regular maintenance checks.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor degree in Hotel Management, or any fields.

- At least 4 year experience in housekeeping management in international hotels.

- Hotel pre-opening experience is a plus.

- Strong in driving results and problem solving skills.

- Strong in inter-personality skill and outgoing, friendly.

- High sense of responsibility and integrity.

- Excellent oral and written English communication.
