Graphic Designer

• Ensure content meets VBH brand and stylistic guidelines whilst also ensuring it is produced within industry copyright guidelines.

• Support the marketing manager with internal and external marketing projects.

• Effectively manage multiple projects in various stages of completion that will be published on a variety of social media platforms.

• Take ownership of content creation from the initial scoping stage to development of story boards and final editing.

● Have originality, creative flair and a strong visual sense.

● Ability to grasp client needs and consider practical solutions as well as the confidence to then present these ideas to clients and colleagues.

● A sound knowledge of VBH products and operations.

● The ability to balance work on several projects whilst still paying attention to detail.

● Strong computer skills, particularly using graphics packages.

● An awareness of the competitive business environment in which they work.

● A matter-of-fact approach when ideas or designs are rejected.

● An understanding of Vietnamese culture.

● Have a basic knowledge of copyright regulations in relation to materials used.

● Proven graphic designing experience

● A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

●Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro)

●A keen eye for aesthetics and details

●Excellent communication skills

●Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

●Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
