- Set up the team in the pre-opening stage.
- Prepare the annual budget and financial targets for the Food and Beverage department inline with financial procedures.
- Create and execute innovative food and beverage strategies that will drive the hotel to exceed guest satisfaction and revenues.
- Create and develop F&B Manual in accordance with hotel standard.
- Administer the entire food & beverage operation in such a manner as to bring into effect the superior product and service by making the difference.
- Ensure food and beverage staff and management are properly trained to standards and able to carry out the operations.
- Maintain and increase service standards, productivity, and creativity leading to improve performance in the department.
- Work with Executive Chef and culinary staff to ensure portion sizes, garnishing, presentation and preparation of food exceed standards.
- Ensure that all complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations are investigated and resolved.
- Estimate food, liquor, wine, and other beverage consumption to anticipate amounts to be purchased or requisitioned.

- Bachelor degree in Hotel Management, or any fields.
- At least 4 year experience in F&B management in international hotels.
- Hotel pre-opening experience is a plus.
- Strong in driving results and problem solving skills.
- Strong in inter-personality skill and outgoing, friendly.
- High sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Excellent oral and written English communication.
