- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Handle outgoing calls for guests and staff in accordance with hotel policies.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Relay messages accurately and efficiently to guests or relevant departments.
- Assist with wake-up calls and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, hotel promotions, and emergency procedures.
- Record and log all calls as required by hotel procedures.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Clear and professional telephone voice.
