Responsible of the restaurant

• Responsible of the relations between the personnel and the general management.

• In charge of the quality of all services provided to the guests.

• Manages the guest satisfaction efforts of F&B departments.

• Supervises operations of his/her outlets.

• Control the hygiene in all working areas; equipment and materials.

• Control the storage, stock and consumption of the goods.

• Control the reservations at the restaurant and transmit the information to the kitchen.

• Maintain the costs of production low while increasing guest satisfaction.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor degree in related field;

- 5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry with responsibility for financial results;

- English: Advanced level in speaking and writing;

- Strong leadership and problem solving skills;

- Being independent, proactive, patient, high responsibility and willing to work under high pressure;

- Commit to the goals of leading restaurant team in order to expand company business;
