Mô tả công việc

Has a broad knowledge of how the business is run, focuses on the major factors to ensure business is profitable
Maintain a sound financial business mind-set, cost control, strategic upsell and looks for self-improvements
Be responsible for your department P&L and departmental financial KPIs
Oversee rosters on a daily basis, ensure budget & business levels are taken care, relevant holiday considerations
Assist in the preparation of efficient work schedule for Front Desk, arranging annual leave, taking into account project occupancy & forecasts and large group movements, especially those with early or late arrivals/ departures
Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict, improve team member performance, and recognise good performance
Handle guest complaints and refer them as necessary, follow up on corrective action using the LAST model
Know system recovery procedures and contingency plan for emergencies

• Required Skills

- Communication skills(Negotiation/Presentation/Speech/Listening): In-house semi-professional

- A general understanding of hotel operation processes (rooms, food, banquets, cooking, etc.): In-house semi-professional

- An in-depth understanding of room related operations (finance / service / sales): An in-depth understanding of room related operations (finance / service / sales)

- Foreign Language(ENG required, second language preferred: Explanation level)

• Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree holder: major in business administration or hotel management

- At least 3 years of work experience in the related departments (front desk, H/K, etc.)

• Experiences

- At least 2- 4 years working experience at same position in 4-5 star Hotel & Resort
