Mô tả công việc

1. Responsible for the overall supervision of all Sales personnel in following sales policy and practice

established by the Hotel and the Campanile chain.

2. Work with General Manager and hotel sales and marketing team to review business projections and

develop annual marketing/sales plans, which support annual area revenue goals and returns to

owners and shareholders.

3. Review marketing and sales budgets and allocated expenditures to ensure most effective use of

funds available to support business objectives.

4 Work with hotel General Manager and the corporate sales and marketing team in the development

of advertising and sales promotions and plans, which support the achievement of profitability

objectives.

5 Direct and review related advertising activities in conjunction and cooperation with the Marcom

Department.

6 Provide direction in the development of effective marketing and sales strategies and plans, to ensure

rate and occupancy objectives are achieved. Keep abreast of best practices in the region and tailors

activities to achieve goals.

7 Identify and recommend sales training needs designed to improve the selling and customer service

skills of sales staff. Collaborate with the training department in the assessment of operational staff

and delivery of specialized training needs.

8 Review hotel performance against budget and establishes improvement action as necessary.

9 Ensure effective use of yield management systems to maximize revenue opportunities in achieving

Revpar targets.

10 Ensure synergy in the use of hotel operation systems, technology and sales practices and the sharing

of best practices, maximize the usage of the Value Drivers of the Campanile chain system for more

profitability to the hotel.

11 Responsible to train the Sales & Marketing team in terms of the Value Drivers of the Campanile

chain system in order to maximize usage of the system and to generate more profit to the hotel.

12 Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sales and Marketing Team, customers, industry and

the business community.

13 Coordinate and participate actively in trade-show and Sales trip events as identified to maintain close

liaison with travel intermediaries, local business groups and airlines.

14 Establish and review Strategic Sales account planning and utilization.

15 Coordinate and manages all monthly reporting requirements for the home office of Campanile chain

and the hotel.

16 Set weekly and monthly objectives to each member of the Sales team and monitor performance

results.

17 Coordinate efforts between the Sales Office,. Front Office and the F&B Department.

18 Be responsible to build up the database for the hotel.

19 Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. A degree in Business Administration or related discipline

2.Strong sense of responsibility and accountabilit

3. Personable, aggressive and articulate

4. Fluent in Vietnamese and English with strong oral and written communication skills

5. Established relationships with key multinational accounts, commercial houses, travel agents

and tour operators

6. An in-depth understanding of distribution and yield management.
