Create & Develop menu to suit the needs of the different types of clients

- Develop promotion and event nights to satisfy the needs of the guests

- Create colorful and attractive seasonal menu and buffet.

- Ensure that standards for quality, content and variety are met

- Ensure that all guests leave restaurant satisfied

- Monitor and handle guest complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction

- Regularly seek feedback from guests

- Manage and plan the tasks for each workstation.

- Control the quality and amount of Kitchen & FB production

- Perform other duties as maybe assigned

- Recruit staffs and develop the positive attitude, job skill, knowledge, autonomy and creativity of the staff.

- Develop and implement training plans for staffs

- Provide them the basis of working in a kitchen & FB department in order to increase their qualification and culinary/ service knowledge.

- Adapt to their capacities and attitudes.

- Develop training and development plans for kitchen staff; implement and evaluate these plans

- Plan time, meetings, scheduled events and activities effectively and within resources as budgeted

- Set up monitoring systems to ensure policies and procedures are effective and being utilized

- Demonstrate professional attitude and behavior at all times

- Ensure a high level of cleanliness is maintained in your area

- Pre-empt problems by introducing standard work practices and expectations

Yêu cầu công việc

- Good communication skills in English and Japanese and Korean is advantage.

- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

- Good speaking and listening skills.

- Degree or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.

- 5-year experience as a chef, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
