Mô tả công việc

- In charge of general operations of the store, motivating staff to increase sales and ensure efficiency to maximize profits while minimizing costs.

- In charge of all store operational management responsibilities;

- Managing sales and marketing plans and activities to increase sales and attract customers

- Building and maintaining solid customer relationship at all times;

- Responsible for customer service policies and all store procedures;

- Maintaining the attractiveness of the display, décor of the store;

- Monitoring product deliveries and inventories;

- Closely coordinating with Accounting Dept. in following-up orders, payment process and debt collection of sales;

- Training and developing the team and monitoring staff performance.

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 01 year – experience in sales, distribution, customer service and store management is preferable;

- Passion in health-related products and service industry;

- Good communication, negotiation and management skills;

- Good computer skills;

- Proficiency in communication skills (both Vietnamese and English).
