1.2 "To maintain a high level of service with a “Guest always comes first” approach and being proactive in a timely manner towards their needs and requests.
1.3 "To have a positive impact taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both guests and colleagues.
1.4 "To be motivated and committed in accomplishing tasks, with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve personal performance and support his/her development plan.
1.5 "To be flexible in responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks being assigned.
1.6 "To perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner that ensures safety of everyone in the workplace.
1.7 "To fully communicate effectively in both oral and written providing clear direction to subordinates.
1.8 "Observe performance and encourage improvement. Train, supervise, evaluate, counsel, and administer disciplinary procedures for Front Office Team. Effective lobby management and make staffing adjustments as required.
1.9 "Manages desk, counters, resolves guest concerns, handle emergencies and other challenges that may occur during the assigned shift. Implements resolutions by using discretion and judgment.
1.10 "Attend all pertinent hotel-operational meetings.
1.11 "To ensure all guest requests, complaints and any other official instructions via in-coming email are properly handled.
1.12 "Trains, supervises and coach the team in accordance with established productivity and performance standards. Monitors service standard and provide input for annual review of the team
1.13 "Follow-up action in logbooks/Guest experience logbook to assure issues are resolved/addressed until winning guest's satisfaction without delay.
1.14 "Reviews VIP reservations and ensures proper handling of VIPs and groups, administers amenity orders, and resumes for incoming guests. Updates system by inputting inventory and non-inventory groups.
1.15 "Handling guest complaints and daily incident. Conducting through research to develop the most effective solutions and negotiate results. Listen and extend assistance in order to resolve problems.
1.16 "Ensure that all Front Office team members are fully aware of the Hotel of the brand standards, SOP and P&P.
1.17 "Be familiar with the local labor law, all HR policies and procedures and embraces such in the department and ensures compliance with the support of HR.
1.18 "Ensures that employees report for duty punctually, maintaining a high standard of personal grooming, wearing the correct uniform, nametag and fit for work at all time.
1.19 "Remain calm and alert especially during emergency situations and heavy hotel activity. Plan and implement detailed steps by using experienced judgment and discretion.
1.20 "Be fully conversant with the hotel emergency and evacuate procedure.
1.21 "Encourages team work and spirit in all areas of the department.
1.22 "Ensure that all members of Front Office team are aware of the Department Goals.
1.23 "Frequently serves in role as Manager on Duty.
1.24 "Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.

Yêu cầu công việc
- 2 - 3 year experiences is preferred
- Good at writing and communication in English.
- Friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible.
