Mô tả công việc

- Check the list of pre-booked pick-up services daily and arrange receptionists at each departure gate

- Provide customer service by securing / assigning vehicles according to advance booking customers

- Provide Baggage Handling service for customer guidance

- Processes customer complaints received at the airport and reports the results to the front desk manager

- Efficient manpower management by understanding the rate of stay and the number of pick-ups

Yêu cầu công việc

- Understanding of the hotel operations process (especially the doors sector)

- Knowledge of airports, hotel facilities and services

- General knowledge of the area where the hotel is located (tourist information, etc.)

- Bachelor's degree and above

- Experience in Door, Bell, Concierge, etc.
