Mô tả công việc

1. General

• Ensure that you work to best of your ability and set an example to other staff.

• To ensure your standards of personal grooming and hygiene meet those laid down by Amantaka.

• To be a member of a team dedicated to providing the best in quality & service.

• Keeping high personal grooming standards and maintaining a neat uniform.

• Wearing name tag at all times

• Complying with all Amantaka policies and procedures as set up in House Rules.

2. Financial

• Ensure that the departmental Operating Budget is strictly

• Adhered to & that all costs are strictly controlled.

3. Administration

• Attend meeting & briefings as determined by Department Head

• Assist the Department Head in compiling and preparing departmental reports correspondence and other related paper works.

4. Employee Handling

• Ensure that all employees report for work punctually wearing the correct uniform.

• Assist Department Head in the building of efficient team of

• Personnel.

• Conduct Departmental training in an ongoing basis as

• Out lined by The Department head.

• Ensure all staff is trained to the same standard as defined by Departmental procedure.

• Supervise staff efficiently ensuring maximum performance and Productivity.

• Ensure that all staff adhere to the staff Handbook.

• Ensure that all staff provides a courteous and professional service at all times.

• Co-operate & communicate with other departments in all hotel related matters.

• Implement new departmental policies & procedures as determined by The Department Head.

• Assist in controlling & minimising overtime within Department.

- At least 2 year experience at Receptionist in 5 star enviroment

- Familiar with Smile PMS system.
