Training Supervisor (local) I Giám sát đào tạo

- Organizing and conducting the training activities such as soft skills training , on job skills training

- Training, supervising and supporting departmental's training activities

- Perform other duties to support the human resources team and other areas aligned with areas of responsibility.

- Maintain accurate and detailed training records and provide participants with feedback opportunities.

- Responsible for sourcing and recommends the selection of external training consultants as needed

- Responsible for researching and working with government agencies regarding training grant monies and track all internal and external training in order for the resort to benefit from the various grants.

- Develop and implement training programs in support of the strategic plan including leadership and technology and other training subjects as required.

* At least 1 year experience in similar role

* Good at English communication

* Good at computer skills and Office administration

* Strong interpersonal , communication skills (verbal and written), and organizational skills

* Must be knowledgeable of learning theories (adult, behavioral, environmental, scenario) and on-the-job training
