• The hotel is inspected daily and 24 hours per day and all findings are reported to the management

• All stars, guests and suppliers are monitored entering and leaving the resort

• Security regulations as per Standard of Sequence are followed at all times

• CCTV are monitored 24 hours per day and any irregular findings are reported

• Guest and star lost items are investigated and reported

• All guest and star incidents regarding safety and security are investigated and reported

• A good relationship with the local police authority is maintained

• On top of hidden relationship/activities in the resort

• The Sequences of Service (SOS’) are consistently applied by all porters

• Fire trainings are conducted on a regular basis for all stars

• Daily, weekly and monthly reports are prepared in time and sent to management

• Controls of all furniture, fixtures and equipment are in place and replacements are in line within the budget
