• Interacts with guests actively soliciting feedback
• Support the activities of all events and functions of Hôtel des Arts Saigon
• Liaises with all Sales and Marketing offices and hotel operations regarding organizational aspects of meeting groups and functions to ensure the successful of planning and execution of these events
• Assists in the maintenance of efficient administration, preparing and submitting reports on time as directed
• Maintains supplies of brochure, slides and relevant collaterals, re-ordering when required
• Acts as a hotel’s representative to present our product to reach the positive decision from clients
• Surveys the competitor, marketing share to develop the sales strategy
• Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically and within the parameters of Vietnamese Law....
