Clerk, Income & Gaming Audit

The Income & Gaming Audit will be responsible to compile and audit all income and gaming related issues, ensure all revenue records are accurate and discrepancies reported on a timely basis, control documents for all areas of casino operations and consolidate shift reports. Works closely with staff and operational departments to resolve exception finding in the audit process.Duties may include but not limited to:

 Be responsible to audit all income and gaming related area areas according to established procedures and

gaming regulations as well as facilitates timely and accurate recordings.

 Collect all related supporting documents and other paperwork deemed necessary for the audit process

 Perform daily audit on Table games, Slots, Cage, VIP Gaming, Promotion and F&B outlets.

 Prepare the outlet’s revenue POS reports, Cash overage/shortage report and other necessary audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of the revenue data

 Perform the daily audit and reconciliation on related transactions

 Completion of month end duties requirements by completing account reconciliations and journal entry adjustments

 Generate the void and cancelled checks report for review. Assist to prepare the outlet’s revenue POS reports, Cash overage/shortage report and other necessary audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of the revenue data

 Handle filing and packing all documents in tidy manner for storage

 Inform Gaming Audit Supervisor or above on a timely manner of any significant issues requiring resolution

 Perform other duties assigned by Senior Officer and/or above from time to time and assist in any ad hoc projects.

Qualifications/Requirements

 Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin or related field preferred

 Minimum of one year working experience in a reputable company preferred

 Familiarity with accounting and auditing principles and practices

 Familiarity with computer knowledge including MS Office

 Relevant experience in an integrated resort setting is an advantage

 Strong communication skills, written and verbal in English

 Strong inter-personal skills
