Training Supervisor cum Recruitment

- To be in each restaurant during service and train the team on the job from a service and standard point of view.

- Complete an annual learning and development needs analysis in F&B department to ensure that the training needs of the F&B department are identified.

- Develop training sessions that satisfy identified operational needs within F&B.

- Complete post training evaluation on training delivered in the business to ensure that training is effective and meets the training objectives for the programmer.

- Implement the Departmental Training Review Process in F&B to ensure that the effectiveness of departmental training and Departmental Trainers is systematically monitored.

- Regularly meet, coach, support and motivate departmental trainers from F&B to ensure they are supported in meeting the on-the-job training requirements of their departments.

- Communicate information about training events in a timely and professional manner to ensure that the business is kept up to date about training and development activities.

- Maintain training records and files.

- Cooperate with the other Department to implement the monthly Restaurant review and implement the promotion policy.

- Lead training team members if required.

- Receive Recruitment Request and complete the recruitment procedure as per the request of HR manager.

- Update recruitment report and database as per the request of HR manager.

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in the related field

- Corporate certification in training programs may be required

- At least 1-year working experience in Training/Education and recruitment, 1-year working as the

same position in the restaurant chains: Golden Gate, HK Saichi, Pizza 4P, Pizza Hut...

- Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

- Ability to embrace the company’s corporate philosophy.

- Professional attitude and ability to be flexible and deal with change.

- Prior experience in Japanese company is a plus.

- English at business level or higher.
