MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

1. DESCRIPTION

- Provide greenery for the Hotel.

- Ensure the garden landscape in the Hotel is always green and clean.

2. REPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the operation of the landscape department.

- Advise the board of directors for all problems related to greenery.

- Make plan to improve enviroment landscape in the Hotel.

- Deploy to carry out the action plan, periodic plan of the landscape department.

- Operate and manage daily activities of the landscape department in accordance with the roles, functions and tasks.

- Organize and arrange appopriate personnel, assign works and tasks to each employee under your authority.

- Report, assessment and review the situation of the landscape garden in the Hotel.

- Organize professional training, technical guidance for employees in the deparment.

- Propose ideas to improve the garden landscape system throughout the Hotel.

- Estimate the articles of construction schedule for landscape and greenery.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to solve problems that arise when in need.

- Perform any others duties which maybe assigned by the management.

- Pre-Opening Allowance ( when open, Service charge Bonus will apply )

• Graduated from Vocational/College/University at related major

• 2 – 3 years experience in related fields at 4 – 5 stars Hotels/ Resort.

• English skill: Speaking and Writing

• Good at Word, Excel.

• Organised / methodical / solutions-oriented/ leader skill
