Mô tả công việc

Recording/Updating account list + details of accounts under DOSM/HCMC Sales Team which issued Contract(s) or received Rate Offer or reserved Allotment.
Recording/Updating Promotion Packages.
Providing Contract Number for each kind of contract of Sales Team.
Inputting hotel production for accounts under DOSM.
Collecting weekly report from Sales Team, combining all into 1 file and sending to DOSM the combined as well as the individuals.
Having a monthly stock checking for Giveaway Gifts, Flyer/Brochure, Factsheets,… and Stationery at HCMC Office to order on time.
Monthly collecting, checking & sending taxi bills/mailing bills to Finance Department.
Monthly flights booked confirming to Finance Department and CEO Travel.
Monthly expense claim.
Flight and Accommodation booking.
Email/Document translation.

Yêu cầu công việc

Last year or fresh graduate in Hospitality/ Business Management or related field.
Available to work full-time in 6 months.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet (Google, Research…).
Attention to detail, accuracy and willing to learn.
