INCOME AUDITOR (KẾ TOÁN DOANH THU)

• Verify revenue from Rooms Department reviewed by the end-of-day Front office and Housekeeping’s report

• Verify revenue from Food and Beverage Department reviewed by the end-of-day FB report

• Verify revenue from other operated department reviewed by the Night Manager’s report

• Verify the guest ledger balance agrees with total of all account detail balances for each room

• Verify that House Use Checks (Officer Checks/Entertainment Checks) are processed according to stipulated procedures and these are accordingly summarized in the House-use Check report.

• Verify sales recorded as accounts receivable agree with sales vouchers, credit card charge vouchers, coupons and other supporting documents.

• Verify that the necessary information is billed in the credit card vouchers, coupon and vouchers, and other related documentation

• Ensure all sales voucher forms are used in strict sequential order. Lost and voided vouchers should be accounted for and reported according to procedure.

• Control VAT Invoices including unused invoices kept in Finance Department used invoices, unused invoices kept by outlet cashiers; inform Financial Controller when inventory of invoices is under minimum balance to order invoices for use.

• Prepare Output VAT Tax Report and Invoice Tax Report monthly.

• Update operation logbook regularly in work shift, handover to the other shift for follow

• Assemble reports/records/checklist related to the department operation.

• At least bachelor degree in Accounting major and 2-year working experience in Accounting

• Analytical, organized, and detailed ability

• Excellent knowledge of payroll system
