JOB BRIEF

Marcel Group is looking for a Full-time Bartender.

Location:

Working hours: following the shift (9AM - 23PM), 8 hours/day, 48 hours/week, from Monday to Sunday

202 Lô H5, KP Mỹ Hoàng (Khu A), P.Tân Phong, Q.7, Tp.HCM

Quantity: 3 staff

TASKS

1. We are looking for a professional, high-energy Bartender with excellent communication skills, classical cocktails/ signature and non - alcoholic beverages to our customers.

2. The Bartender will greet customers, present the foods & drinks menu, explain the menu, prepare àn deliver beverages to customers. You will also up-sell items, create recipes , utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.

3. To succeed as a Bartender, you should have a neat appearance and engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Welcoming customers, presenting and explaining the menu and taking food with drinks order.

2. Planning drink menus and informing customers about new and special food of the week.

3. Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.

4. Taking inventory to ensure the bar and tables are well-stocked.

5. Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations..

6. Maintaining a clan work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, equipment.

7. Developing new drink recipes.

WORKING CONDITIONS & BENEFITS

SALARY: 8.000.000 - 9.000.000/month. Probation maximum 1 month, 85% salary.

We also provide:

Deposit 300.000VND uniform from the 4th day of receiving the job.

Parking fee: 10,000 VND/DAY

Meal support: 30,000 VND/DAY

Discount Policy up to 30% when dining-in at any properties of Marcel Restaurants

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma.
• English speaker
• Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required.
• Able to function the coffee machine, coffee grinder, etc…
• Know the basic about coffee beans, coffee art.
• Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong task and time management abilities.
• Detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods, and lift up to 15kg.
