Duties and Professional Responsibilities
• Prepare list of arrival including: guest’s profile, room assigned, and special request if any.
• Review operation logbook and follow up with on-going tasks.
• Check room assigned status and update into the system
• Greeting guest and execute the registration process up to the hotel’s standard
• Double check the assigned room status and escort guest to room with luggage.
• Confirm the completed reservation in the system and handle any incidents occurred.
During Guest Stay
• Receive and handle guest requests properly with relevant departments
Administrative & General Responsibilities
• Update operation logbook regularly in work shift, handover to the other shift for follow up.
• Assemble reports/records/checklist related to the department operation.
• Perform other administrative documentation as requested.
• Be proactive in self-setting specific goals to develop in professional career.
• The Hotel requires that you perform any task deemed necessary by the Management for the efficient running of the (department) operation and the Hotel in general.
• Divulging of Hotel Information
The Hotel requires that you will not (either during or after your employment) without the Hotel's written consent divulge any information concerning the hotel or any associated hotel or any of their dealings, transactions or affairs which may come to your knowledge or in course of your employment with the hotel.

- GOOD ATTITUDE
- GOOD TEAM SPIRIT
• Degree of Hospitality Management or equivalent. Fluent communication in English and/or other language is preferred
• Understanding of SMILE PMS, Microsoft Office
• Communication, upselling, guest relation skills
- 06 Months and above of working experience is a plus
- The students who just graduated will be considered for interview.
