Outlet Manager

Meliá Ho Tram Beach Resort is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outlet Manager to lead restaurant operations and drive service excellence, revenue growth, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Excellence

• Take full responsibility for the overall operation and administration of the outlet
• Ensure highest standards of service, hygiene, grooming, and restaurant set-up
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-focused environment at all times
• Oversee opening & closing procedures and ensure compliance with hotel standards
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring proper follow-up

• Lead, coach, and inspire the outlet team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Conduct regular team briefings and meetings with the kitchen team to drive continuous improvement
• Train staff on outlet concept, service standards, and brand expectations
• Implement flexible scheduling based on business needs

• Prepare annual budget and manage monthly Profit & Loss statements
• Drive top-line revenue through upselling and strategic initiatives
• Control costs, minimize wastage, and monitor inventory & operating supplies
• Analyze outlet performance and present monthly reports

• Collaborate with Executive Chef and Head Chef on menu development
• Stay updated on local restaurant trends and strengthen the outlet’s market presence
• Ensure compliance with Brand Standard Audit and internal audits

• College degree or above 
• English - Good level, written & spoken 
• Computer Skills, Letter writing skills
• Barista knowledge, Mixology 
• Wine and Spirits knowledge 
• At least 2 years in international hotels in the same position. 
• 1 year in the same position in hotels of similar category and services.
