Engineering Associate - Painter

• Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc.

• Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sand paper, removing old paint etc.

• Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster)

• Practice self-supervision on small jobs and ensure you complete each project in an efficient, timely manner

• Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture

• Apply varnish and other finishes

• Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions

• Paint / Vanish the interiors of guest rooms, corridor, back of the house, offices, restaurant and other areas as require
• Sơn / sửa chữa nội thất của phòng khách, hành lang, sau nhà, văn phòng, nhà hàng và các khu vực khác theo yêu cầu
• Protect all nearby furnishings and building materials before and during every painting job, including carpets, cabinetry, outlet covers, lighting fixtures and landscaping
• Bảo vệ tất cả đồ đạc và vật liệu xây dựng lân cận trước và trong mọi công việc sơn, bao gồm thảm, tủ, nắp ổ cắm, thiết bị chiếu sáng và cảnh quan
• Collaborate with other professional painters on larger jobs

• Match paint samples for touch-ups and other small projects

• Hands on rectification task is a must
• Painting skill.

• Knowledge of paint code and mixing of color is essential.

• Minimum 1 years’ experience as Carpenter or currently in similar position
