Mô tả chung /General Description

Ensure that all financial statements and practices are under the control; and are correct as per Vietnamese accounting standards and laws, company policies.

Nhiệm vụ chính / Main tasks

• Prepare and provide input to budget preparation, financial analysis of operations for use by the management;

• Implement control functions, and ensure that reasonable and effective internal accounting and procedural controls are in place;

• Direct the operations of Accounting department, and ensure that a consistent review of all work is performed accurately;

• Ensure strict compliance with financial, accounting regulations as per laws and company policies;

• Maintain control over revenues, expenditures and cash flows on a daily basis;

• Be responsible for auditing balance sheet accounts, and ensure that the reconciliations are prepared and cleared on a monthly basis;

• Review all audit files before auditors conduct annual audits;

• Control payable/ receivable aging;

• Accrue bank accounts when necessary;

• Take full responsibility for month-end closing;

• Review various city ledger transactions before posting;

• Ensuring timely and accurate management and financial reporting;

• Recommend financial, accounting area to be improved;

• Perform related duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Years of Experience in professional field 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational company

- At least 3 years working as Chief Accountant

• Education requirements

- Bachelor degree or higher of financial and Accounting

- Certificates of Chief Accountant

• Languages requirements:

- English Fluently ( 4 skills )

- Good knowledge of Financial, Accounting and Tax laws, regulations and practices;

- Strong managerial and leadership skills and strong result oriented;

- Strong inter-personality skills;

- Willing to travel
