Sales Executive

• Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales (DOS) and within the limits of hotel policies and procedure, supports the sales team in all aspect of sales administration.

• Responsibilities includes overseeing day-to-day sales administrative task such as keeping organized sales records, preparing minutes of all briefings and meetings, collating information for sales reports, and related task in sales administration.
• Ensure to support the one-stop shopping concept is applied at all times for any lead generated for Leisure sales and MICE business and endorses to Sales person in charge for handling.
• Supports in maintaining an effective account management system through Opera and Delphi FDC.
• Supports in tracing on accounts and bookings that are logged into Opera and Delphi FDC daily and ensuring that traces are acted upon timely and thoroughly by the sales person in charge.
• Assist in drafting all business contracting both leisure and MICE.
• To ensure to communicate to the MICE Sales Services team all group leads for handling.
• Keep the department head updated on any internal matters relating to hotel staff and events.
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

• College degree
• Minimum 1-year experience in Hotel rooms division or administrative role in a hotel environment.
