Assistant Hygiene Manager

• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards across the resort, including waste management and hygiene equipment.
• Conduct hygiene inspections and support compliance, certifications, and audits.
• Train and support hygiene staff in line with company policies and standards.
• Maintain hygiene records, reports, and related documentation.
• Follow up on corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure consistent hygiene and food safety practices.

• Full Salary & monthly Service Charge in probation period.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Food Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in hygiene or food safety, preferably in a hotel/resort environment.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP principles.
• Good English communication and documentation skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively across departments.
