Mô tả công việc

• Preparation and Posting of monthly journals

• Inventory Journals of all stores.

• Review Prepaid Expense and inventory general ledger. / Recording and inventory fixed assets.

• Revenue Journals

• Accruals Journals

• Preparation of management account – Profit and Loss Statement

• Post all Journals

• Print first draft of monthly management account Profit and Loss Statement

• Check departmental Profit and Loss Statement

• Reconciliation of Profit and Loss Statement expenses and balance sheet accounts

• Providing explanation on expenses above budget

• Assist FC in Corporate reporting

• Prepare Overseas payments to the Bank

• In charge of stationery stores- issues plus entering transfers into Materials control

• Clearing Accounts Receivable – Smile

• Assist on monthly stock take

• Any other responsibilities assigned by FC
