Security Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer relations
• Assist hotel guests whenever require.
• Gives priority to guest relations, while taking care to respect administrative procedures
• Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration. Handles guests' requests for information and provides answers.
• Handles any customer objections, comments or complaints; provides a response as soon as possible while the guest is still at the hotel.
Professional techniques / Production
• Fully aware fire emergency and typhoon procedures
• Implement safety and security training program and ensure effective dissemination of procedures and policies to all employees.
• Coordinate with Chief Engineer for control of lock and key system in the hotel.
• Provide customer a secure and safe environment combined with interaction with both guest and employees and being available for information and advice.
• Make schedule of weekly operation and coordinate the activities of the department.
• To manage and control security camera system, preventing fire system. To coordinate with relative sections to train staff specialists in preventing and fighting fire inside working place.

Team management and cross-departmental responsibilities
• Assures the interface between all hotel departments and service providers if necessary.
• Helps train and develop other staff in the team.

Management and administration
• Respects procedures governing invoicing and cash operations
• May be asked to undertake administrative tasks as needed

Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment
• Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy
• Knows and applies the hotel's safety regulations (in case of fire etc)
• Ensures the safety of people and property

 Tốt nghiệp Trung học phổ thông. Có chứng chỉ đào tạo các chuyên ngành Quản trị khách sạn, Du lịch là một lợi thế.
At least graduated high school. Additional certification(s) from a reputable Hospitality Management school will be an advantage.
 Ít nhất 4 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương và/hoặc công tác tại các trường quân đội, bao gồm cả kinh nghiệm quản lý an ninh trở lên hoặc các văn bằng, chứng chỉ và công việc khác liên quan.
Minimum 4 years of security and safety experience and/or military/law enforcement experience, including management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Tiếng Anh: khả năng viết và giao tiếp tốt.
English: good writing and communication skills
