 Coordinate/complete various reports;

 Issue daily meeting minutes;

 Create responses for Tripadvisor;

 Maintain Home Office master contact list;

 Collate guest comments;

 Prepare information for HOD roster;

 Assist Head of Departments when necessary;

 Ensure that printed materials, conpendiums and company website adhere to Six Senses’ standards;

 Coordinate all Social Media postings and activities;

 Accepts social media complaints, requests, and inquiries and coordinates handling with departments concerned;

 Plan and develop a respectable social media profile for Six Senses Con Dao;

Perform additional duties as directed by General Manager and Resort Manager;

 Proficient in written and spoken English.

 Previous experience as receptionist in hotels/restaurants is preferred.

 Able to contributes to the morale and team spirit of the resort by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues.

 Makes appropriate suggestions and recommendations to General Manager, Resort Manager and HOD’s for the general improvement of the resort.

 Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures so he/she can inform the guest.

 Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or regulation of the resort is represented.

 Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of local law.
