Mô tả công việc

A Bar Manager uses leadership and management skills to ensure customers have a great experience. Bar Managers have the following responsibilities:

Recruit, interview, hire and train bar staff

Interact with customers to develop loyalty and handle customer concerns

Ensure staff is following all food control and safety regulations

Create employee schedules based on expected customer numbers

Ensure bars are profitable by analyzing liquor costs versus sales

Develop new productions or promotions for the bar

Set and maintain standards for safe food handling, cleanliness and safety

Manage inventories and budgets.

Other related working.

Có bằng cấp nghiệp vụ khách sạn.

Vocational diploma or degree in Hospitality.

Có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội ngũ nhân viên.

Experience in staff management.

Kỹ năng xuất sắc về chăm sóc khách hàng.

Excellent skills in field of Customer Service.

Kiến thức sâu rộng về rượu, pha chế và các giao thức dịch vụ.

Extensive knowledge of liquor, bartending and service protocols.

Kỹ năng bán hàng tuyệt vời và tài năng để phát triển các chương trình khuyến mãi hoặc sản phẩm mới.

Great sales skills and talent for developing promotions or new products.

Tiếng Anh: khả năng giao tiếp tốt.

English: Good communication skills.
